Frequently Asked Questions
Our handcrafted soaps are made in small batches with plant-based oils and butters to nourish your skin without stripping away its natural moisture.
Yes. Our luxury formulations are enriched with skin-loving ingredients (plant-based oils, natural butters, earth clays/ colours, herbs, and botanicals) that cleanse without stripping moisture, leaving skin soft, nourished, and delicately scented. We avoid synthetic detergents and unnecessary additives.
Many of our soaps are formulated for sensitive skin. We have ‘Aloe & Bloom’ Soap Bar, which contains no scent, making it further gentle for sensitive skin.
However, everyone’s skin is different, so we recommend checking the ingredient list and doing a patch test before full use.
Our soaps do not contain harsh chemicals like sulphates, parabens, or phthalates. The saponification process naturally preserves the soap.
Are your soaps vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes, we recommend using our body bars on face as our soap bars are gentle on skin.
An IFRA (International Fragrance Association) certified fragrance means the scent used in our products meets international safety standards for skin use. It has been carefully tested and approved to be safe when used in soaps and other personal care products, giving you a beautiful fragrance without compromising on skin safety. If you are pregnant, nursing, or have allergies, consult your doctor, and check ingredients carefully.
When stored properly, handmade soap can last 12–24 months. Over time, scent may fade slightly, but the soap remains safe to use.
Keep your soap dry between uses by using a draining soap dish or a soap saver bag and avoid leaving it in standing water.
Yes! Natural soaps create a creamy, rich lather, though it may feel different from commercial soaps that use synthetic foaming agents.
Yes, our gentle soap bars are safe for children. We recommend unscented (Aloe & Bloom soap bar) for very young or sensitive skin.
Some soaps can be used as shampoo bars, but regular body soap is not always suitable for hair. Look for soaps labelled specifically as shampoo bars.
Because they are handmade, each bar is unique. Natural ingredients may cause slight variations in colour, texture, or weight.
Yes, we accept custom orders for events, gifts, and wholesale. Lead time depends on quantity and curing requirements.
Store unused soap in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to maintain quality and fragrance.
We use high-quality waxes such as soy wax and other plant-based blends that burn cleaner and longer.
Yes. When used as directed, our candles are safe for indoor use. Always follow basic candle safety guidelines, such as keeping the candle away from drafts and never leaving it unattended.
No. Our candles and wax melts are free from harsh chemicals and are made using safe, RIFM (Research Institute for Fragrance Materials) & IFRA (International Fragrance Association)-certified fragrances.
Burn time varies depending on size and usage, but our candles are designed to provide a slow, even burn for long-lasting fragrance.
Tunnelling usually happens when a candle isn’t burned long enough during the first use. Allow the wax to melt fully across the surface on the first burn to ensure an even burn thereafter.
Trim the wick to about ¼ inch before each use. This helps maintain a clean flame and prevents soot.
Frosting and slight surface variations are natural characteristics of soy wax and do not affect performance or fragrance.
Wax melts are flameless when used with an electric burner, making them a popular alternative for those who prefer not to use an open flame.
Each wax melt can provide fragrance for several hours. Once the scent fades, simply replace it with a new melt.
Our fragrances meet international safety standards, but if you are sensitive to scents, we recommend using candles in well-ventilated spaces or choosing lighter fragrances.
Our candles & wax melts are designed to offer a gentle to moderate scent throw, enough to fill a room without being overwhelming.
Cold throw (scent when unlit) can be subtle. Fragrance becomes more noticeable once the candle is lit and the wax warms.
We recommend burning for 2–4 hours at a time to enjoy the fragrance fully and maintain candle quality.
Yes, but for the best experience, avoid burning multiple strong scents together as they may clash.
Because our products are handmade, slight variations in colour, texture, or fragrance strength are natural and part of their artisanal charm.
